  1. How do I buy from you?
  2. Here's a brief explanation
    1. Register as a member and enjoy all the privileges
    2. Pick some products and add them into the shopping cart
    3. Proceed to Checkout
    4. Choose your payment method
    5. Place an order
    6. Make payment (bank in or transfer to our bank account)
    7. Notify us that you have made payment


  3. Do you have a shop? Can I visit your store to buy?
  4. No. To minimize overhead cost and resources currently we operates our business only via the Internet. We do have a warehouse for stocking up our products and dispatching goods.


  5. Do you have a catalog?
  6. No. We don't do offline catalog ordering. We only offer online catalogue and customer has to place order directly. You can download the Price List though it contains only a small product image and price.


  7. What if bulk order do you offer any discount?
  8. No. To be fair to our wholesalers we usually do not practice that. As a member you do enjoy a reward in the form of Reward Points. If you have a good quantity you may checkout for our wholesale price page instead.


  9. I would like to resell your product. What are the arragement you have?
  10. Currently we offer 2 types of business opportunities for those interested to resell our products:

    1. Affiliate Program

      Join our Affiliate Program for FREE and enjoy a nice 5% commission on every sale you refer to us. The special thing is you don't need to have a store, a website or blog to start earning.     2. Wholesale

  11. Can you send me the photos? I want to upload to my blog for sell.
  12. No, we don't do that. Please feel free to download from our website but kindly do not edit/watermarking those photos because they are copyrighted material.


  13. Can I buy if I am from overseas?
  14. Yes. We accept overseas order. Payment can be made via Western Union. For all International orders, we will advise on the shipping fees payable by you. However, you would bare the import duti at your country (if available) while collecting your merchandise. For more reading take a look at our Facebook discussion on International orders.

  16. Do I have to notify you after I've paid?
  17. Yes. You may email us the payment slip, write/SMS to us the bank in details by stating your Order #, Bank you paid from, Bank you've paid to, date time, and the amount. For more please refer to our How to buy at Step No. 7. 1Shoppe.net will only log on orders after receiving notification of your payment.


  18. Are you selling other products?
  19. No. At the moment we are focusing on selling bags and fashion apparels. However, we continue to source for good and quality product. We shall notify our customers via our newsletters.


  20. Where does your product from?
  21. Our products are from Taiwan and China but we are constantly sourcing good products from other countries.


  22. Why pre-order items take so long time to arrive?
  23. That is because we normally import bags from Taiwan and China via sea transport (surface shipping). Time might be delayed which passing to the custom checking. It is normal for shipping to take any time from 15 to 20 days to arrive at our warehouse. We then need several days to arrange product for posting. Furthermore, courier transit time has to be taken into consideration as well.


  24. When is your cut-off date?
  25. Our cut-off day falls on every 10th, 20th and 30th of every month. If the month does short of 30th, just follow the last date of the month.


  26. What is "cut-off" date and how can I take advantage of the cut-off date?
  27. A "cut-off" means the day when we submitting a final confirmation to our supplier, and our supplier proceed to seal our shipment, pack and ready to ship over to us. The advantage of buying during near or exactly the same day of our cut-off is that you enjoy a significant reduced lead-time. We estimated a firm 30 days lead-time period for those who order on the cut-off day.


  28. Why do you apply this cut-off policy?
  29. This is because we can monitor easily the shipment and lower down cost. This also enable us to create a custom order with our supplier on the models you want.


  30. Can I reserve the item (ready stock) I want?

    Yes. Kindly place an order online and notify us the payment. We usually reserve the item for 1 day until the we are notify with the payment receipt. If no payment received in 1 day the item shall be released to the public.

  31. Why I still haven't received my goods?
  32. As mentioned on our homepage, every order takes at least 1 month to be processed. Kindly refer to the day you submit the order. As stated, our cut-off dates fall on every 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and at the end of every month. Therefore if you had order an item on the 1st of the month, your nearest cut-off date would follow 5th of that month, which means you'll get your goods on the next month's 5th. By refering to this, you can know that your items are still in processing and we still monitoring its shipment.


  33. What is the different between Ready Stock and Pre-Order?
  34. Ready stock means those item already in our warehouse and can be sent the next business day. Pre-order items means items that are not in our warehouse and must be ordered with our supplier.


  35. Are you genuine seller? How can I trust you when there's no physical store?
  36. Kindly refer to our Testimonials. They are real words from real customers who have ordered with us.


  37. Do you offer any warranty on your products?
  38. Yes. Our warranty period is 3 business days upon the receiving of your bags. However we'll offer warranty based on the severity of defects on your merchandise. For more information check out our Disclaimer page. We usually need you to take a photo before we decide with solution is best of both parties. You may chat with us online on this issue.


  39. What is the item I order is out of stock?
  40. We are likely to offer you 2 options:
    1. To offer you a full refund on the bag price, if you have made payment.
    2. To choose another bag from our ready stock so that you don't need to wait further.


  41. Will Pre-order items out of stock and can I still place order?
  42. Yes. In fact this is a normal phenomenon in trading business. The reason is due to the fact that our supplier has runs out of stock. Hence forth we will mark those out of supply products in our website, as "Temporary out of stock". If customer still like the product we would put you under a "waiting list". Waiting list is a list where we get alerted by our supplier when the stock we want comes available. However, we can not guarantee when the product is available.


  43. How if I order from both Ready stock and Preorder? Can you send the goods in 2 shipment since Ready stock is faster?
  44. No. We'll follow the later pre-order items and send together. Unless otherwise requested by the customer. Standard postage charges may apply.


  45. How do I know whether a pre-order item is available or not during my purchase?
  46. For Pre-order we are unable to check the stock because the stock is fluctuate at our supplier warehouse so we need your cooperation to make a full payment so that we have best resources to reserve the stock at the supplier.
    We normally will notify you after cut-off date on the stock available via e-mail, so kindly ensure your profile is always updated.


  47. Can we request for return or exchange?
  48. Yes, you can. We do not encourage return or exchange but we understand sometimes this is unavoidable. Please read our return policy if you really need to return or exchange.
