Order Status Explained

Many of our customers have trouble understanding the status message of an order. We have 7 order status to explain different stage of an order. We have therefore classified them according to below:

  1. Pending payment
  2. Pending payment is initiate stage of an order when it was first placed on our website. It means an order has been created but still pending for payment by the customer.

  3. Paid. In processing
  4. This means the order is paid successfully (We have confirmed receiving the payment) and it shall be processed. During this stage we determine the nature of an order, whether it is pre-order or ready stock. If it is indeed a ready stock, we will then start packing the items and queue for delivery. Whereas for pre-order we'll place order to our suppliers.

  5. Processed. Pending shipment
  6. When you see this status, it means your order is now confirmed and order is successfully placed with our supplier. During this period the supplier shall start producing your item, packing and deliver to our shore (from oversea). One thing to be taken note is that due to the nature of a pre-order item, the supplier might come back with out of stock issue, where we normally communicate to you via email. Hence we advise you to be alert on this and check your e-mail often.

  7. IPay88 Successful
  8. Clearly. This status only applicable to Ipay88 payments and only appears when an IPay88 payment is made successfully and you are en routed back to our website successfully.

  9. Shipped
  10. This means an order is completed and being shipped to your premises. Please take note the ship date is actually the date where the parcel is picked up by our shipper or dispatched by our logistics, NOT the actual arriving date at your premises. Arrival shall be expected in within a few days depending the courier you choose during placing an order.

  11. Cancelled
  12. An order is cancelled because it's either explicitly requested by the customer due to duplication, or a cancellation initiated by us due to duplication, wrong information or long overdue.

  13. Failed
  14. And order is considered failed when customer unable to complete an IPay88 transaction during the order process. This might be due to timeout problem, invalid credit card numbers, failed to enter correct 3D password, wrong internet banking login or clicking on the cancel button at the payment page.
