At 1Shoppe.net, we are committed to offer quality fashion apparel and accessories. Should you not satisfied with our product, you can request for a replacement or a refund to your purchase when you returned the item to us in its original condition. The returned item MUST be in its original packaging and built, unwashed and unaltered.
Kindly refer to the following guidelines when asking for a replacement/refund.
- All requests of replacement/refund must be made within 3 business days from the date of the item is received.
- Customer is responsible for the return delivery cost of the item (if any), unless it's a 1] Seller mistake. We suggest customers to hire a trustable shipping company offering good tracking system. ie: Pos Laju / Citylink / ABX etc.
- 10% of the item's price will be deducted as processing and handling fee, except the return is due to a 1] Seller mistake or 2] Manufacturing defects.
- Customer shall bare the delivery cost of the new item being shipped over.
- If the customer does not manage to find a replacement, the balance shall be converted into our Reward Points (following our standard conversion to the equivalent product price, after 10% or other relevant fee is substracted)
- All replacements, return of item or points conversion will be processed only after the item is received in the exact prescribed condition.
- A cash refund is possible and only applicable when your points has a cash equivalent of RM10. Refund is provided only to Malaysian bank accounts.
- This return policy is subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse an replacement/refund of any item if the above requirements are not fulfilled.
Notes:
1] Seller mistakes:
- We delivered wrong item, wrong design or wrong color to the customer.
- We delivered a damaged item although every item went through a thorough inspection prior delivery.
2] Manufacturing defects
- Large (as large as 10 sen for example) defective or dirt areas.
- Manufacturing FAULTY (such as zip, belt and serious surface faulty stipulate in early clause).
Please be informed that we DO NOT entertain replacement/refund to be made due to the following circumstances:
- When the product you received is different from the photo in terms of its color, accessories and material used.
- When the product you received has slight workmanship error such as sewing, cutting, joining, scratching, watermarking and improper dyeing.
- Color difference. Due to different computer's resolution we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate as the real physical item. Additionally the color mixture, material used duing the manufacturing process might also resulted a different built compared to the photo published on our website.
- The apparel doesn’t look as good exactly as thought. Customer must check out the detailed photos, measurements and description before placing an order.
- The customer doesn't like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.
- The apparel doesn't fit the customer perfectly. Please check measurement and size as detailed as possible on our product detail page. We measured our apparel to our best effort. A slight 1-2cm difference between the real product and that prescribed in the measurement is tolerable.
- The defect caused by customer reckless during in his custody (for example, jammed/broken zip fastener due to sketchy handling).
